Aunt "Carrot"'s Salad Dressing

This dressing was responsible for Jacob finally eating salad. Once we got him to try it, he decided salad wasn't a bad thing.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup cold pressed canola oil
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup rice wine vinegar (unseasoned) (can substitute red wine vinegar)
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 Tbsp fresh minced herbs (oregano, thyme, basil, rosemary, etc)
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp white pepper
Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Shake well and enjoy over mixed greens or pasta salad.

For best results, make the night before.
