Spatzle

Notes:

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 or 3/4 milk
  • 2 eggs
  • salt to taste
Directions:

Attach a dough hook to a mixer and combine all ingredients in a bowl. Beat until thoroughly mixed. Let rest a few minutes and beat again to stretch the dough. The resulting dough should be fairly sticky.

Use a spatzle maker to press the dough into a pot of boiling water and boil until cooked, ~6 minutes.
