Raisin Tarts

Notes:

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups brown sugar
  • 3 cups raisins
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tsp vanilla
  • 6 eggs
  • Pastry for tarts
Directions:

Line muffin pans with pastry, combine all ingredients with mixer and pour into pastry shells.

Bake 350F for 20-25 minutes.
