Coconut Jam Tarts

Notes:

Ingredients:
  • 12 eggs
  • 3 cups brown sugar
  • 3 cups coconut
  • pastry for tarts
  • strawberry jam
Directions:

Blend with mixer, eggs, brown sugar, and coconut together. Line muffin pans with pastry shells. Into the bottom of each shell, put 1 tsp of strawberry jam, and then fill with coconut mixture. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
