- 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp dried cilantro
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup canola oil (vegetable works fine)
- 1/2 cup chickpeas/garbanzo beans
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 soybeans (not green edamame)
- 2-4 garlic cloves
In a blender or food processor blend almonds, beans, and oil.
Add all other ingredients and puree until creamy smooth.
Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for one hour.
Don't cover too tightly. Remember, the yeast will release gas that needs to escape.
