Hershey's Chocolate Cheesecake

  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp shortening
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 pkgs cream cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream

Combine crumbs and melted butter to form crust in bottom of a spring form pan. Beat cream cheese and sugar until blended. Add sour cream and vanilla. Beat in cocoa and flour. Add eggs one at a time. beat just until blended and pour into crust. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250 and bake for 40 minutes. Cool completely before removing side of the pan. Melt chips and shortening together and drizzle over the top.
