Pumpkin Pie

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 unbaked 9 in pie shells
  • 3 cups pumpkin
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix eggs, sugar, and pumpkin. Add spices. Slowly add milk. Fill shells and bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 350 and bake for 45 minutes or until set.
