Chocolate Dipped Coconut Macaroons

Notes:

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 1/2 cup coconut
  • 4 egg whites
  • 4 oz milk baking chocolate
Directions:

Beat eggs until frothy. Add vanilla, flour, sugar, and coconut. Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Cool completely before dipping. Melt the chocolate and butter. Dip cookies and chill.
