Lasagna

  • 1 lb mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pt cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pks lasagna noodles
  • leftover beef spaghetti sauce

Cook noodles, drain and rinse with cool water. Stir eggs into cottage cheese. In a 9 x 13 pan, put a base layer of sauce and then layer noodles, sauce, cottage cheese mixture, and grated cheese. Continue layering, ending with noodles, sauce, and cheese. Cover with foil and bakt at 375 for approximately 30 minutes.
