Raisin Tarts
Ingredients
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 3 cups raisins
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 6 eggs
- Pastry for tarts
Directions
Line muffin pans with pastry, combine all ingredients with mixer and pour into pastry shells.
Bake 350F for 20-25 minutes.
