Ingredients

• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1-3 tbsp powdered sugar (to taste)
• 2 tbsp rich chocolate milk powder (like Nestle's)

Directions

Mix ingredients and add to whipped cream canister. Seal, add NO2, and shake until desired consistency.
