Apple Pie Whiskey


Yields: About 2.5 gallons
alcohol, punky


  • 1 gallon apple cider
  • 1 gallon apple juice
  • 1.5 liters EverClear
  • 2 cups dark brown sugar
  • 2 cups light brown sugar
  • cinammon


Heat the apple juice and cider until it reaches about 100 degrees. Then, add both sugars, heat until dissolved. Add cinnamon to taste, and cook until it starts to boil. Turn off heat, and when the mixture gets to 100 degrees, add the alcohol. Let sit for 2 weeks.
