Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 6 oz almond bark
Directions
Mix first four ingredients together. Shape into balls and refrigerate until firm. Melt almond bark in a double boiler. Dip balls into chocolate and set on wax paper to cool. Stores best when frozen.
