Pie Pastry
Ingredients
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup milk
- 3 cups flour
Directions
Mix flour, salt and shortening until mixture crumbles. Add milk 1 tbsp at a time, mixing until pastry is moist. Divided into 2 balls. Roll between two sheets of waxed paper or on floured surface. Makes 2 shells.
