Chocolate Chip Cheesecake


  • 1 ½ cups Oreo crumbs
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 pkgs cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted


Combine crumbs and melted butter to make crust. Press firmly into 9 inch spring form pan. In large mixer bowl,, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually add condensed milk, stir until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. In small bowl, toss together ½ cup chips with flour to coat. Stir into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining chips evenly over top of the cheesecake. Bake 55-60 minutes or until set. Cool, garnish as desired. You can substitute mint flavored mini chocolate chips or Andes pieces.
