Chili
Ingredients
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 cup kidney beans, soaked
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 lb hamburger
- ½ medium onion, chopped
- 2 can tomato sauce
- 4 chilis
Directions
Brown hamburger, rinse and drain, and fry with onion and garlic. Add kidney beans, tomato sauce, bell pepper, and chilies. Simmer for a few hours until thick and savory. Pull chilies out before serving. This chili goes well with fry bread.
