Orange White Chocolate Cheesecake

  • 1 ½ cups oreo crumbs
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ⅓ cup butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips, melted
  • 2 pkgs cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp orange peel

Preheat oven to 350. Combine crumbs and butter in medium bowl. Press mixture onto bottom of ungreased 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, cool in pan on wire rack. Combine orange juice and gelatin in small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until gelatin dissolves. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl until blended. Gradually stir in gelatin mixture and melted white chocolate chips. Beat whipping cream in small bowl until soft peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream and orange peel into cheese mixture. Pour filling over crust. Cover and refrigerate for 6-24 hours or until firm. Garnish with orange slices and chocolate crumbs if desired.
