Dark Chocolate Orange Blossoms





In large bowl combine vegetable oil and butter; beat with an electric beater on medium speed until combined. Add sugar, baking powder, and salt; beat until very light and fluffy. Beat in egg white. Beat in flour. Add orange extract and mix. Cover dough and chill until easy to handle. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Bake at 350 for 7 minutes. Immediately press chocolate into the center of each cookie. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely. To store, layer cookies between waxed paper in an airtight container. Cover and seal.
