Raspberry Apple Chicken


  • ½ red onion
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tblsp clove honey
  • 3 tblsp raspberry jam/preserves


Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Then fry in a pan until thoroughly cooked and golden brown. While the chicken is cooking add the rest of the ingredients into a large saute pan. Cook on medium low heat until the apples are soft and take on a deep red color. While the chicken is resting, pour the apples and juice onto the chicken and serve after 2 minutes.
