Dutch Oven Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
- 1 pt fresh blueberries (optional)
- ½ cup milk
- ⅓ + ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 2 16oz cans of peaches in syrup
- 2 ¾ cup bisquick
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- cinnamon sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a dutch oven with cooking spray. Drain 1 can of the peaches. Combine both cans of peaches, including the juice form the undrained can, with the blueberries (if using), ½ bisquick, ⅓ cup sugar, and cinnamon. Spoon into the dutch oven. To make the topping combine the remaining bisquick and sugar with the melted butter and milk in a small bowl. Drop bits of dough on top of the peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 45 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
