Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies


  • 1 ⅔ cups flour
  • 1 cup strawberry cream cheese spread
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ⅔ cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese


Combine ⅔ cup sugar, butter, and cream cheese in a medium bowl. Add flour, vanilla, and baking soda; beat until well combined and a soft dough forms. Shape dough into 24 balls; place on baking sheets. Flatten balls slightly with drinking glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Cool completely. Spread with strawberry cream cheese before serving.
