Monster Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 ½ tsp vanilla
• 1 cup M&Ms
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 ¼ cups brown sugar
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 cups peanut butter
• 6 eggs
• 9 cups oats

Directions

Blend both sugars and the softened butter in a large bowl. Add in oats, baking soda, peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla and mix well with a wooden spoon. Fold in chocolate chips and M&Ms last. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Use the back of a fork to press the cookies flat. Bake at 350 F for 10-15 minutes. Let cool before moving. Makes about 5-6 dozen.
