Foolproof Holiday Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ crushed peppermint candy
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 ½ cups mini marshmallows
- 3 cups chocolate chips
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
Directions
Line a cookie sheet with wax paper coated in cooking spray. Over medium heat, cook sugar, salt, butter, cream, and marshmallows until almost melted. Bring mixture to a boil, 5-6 minutes, and add chocolate chips and vanilla. Pour mixture into lined pan and cool at room temperature 3 hours. Sprinkle with crushed candy and cut into bars.
