Chicken Alfredo


  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 pt heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp nutmeg
  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2-3 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced


Cut chicken into chunks. Fry in a large sauce pan with butter, salt, and pepper. Remove cooked chicken from pan. Into the same pan put the cream, nutmeg, garlic, and butter. When the cream warms, slowly add in the cheese. When the cheese melts, add the chicken back in. Keep the sauce at a simmer and slowly reduce. When the sauce has reduced sufficiently, pour over your cooked pasta.
