Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups bread crumbs
• 1 ½ lbs hamburger
• 1 envelope onion soup mix
• ½ cup ketchup
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp mustard
• ¾ cup water

Directions

Mix hamburger, soup mix, bread crumbs, eggs, water and ¼ cup ketchup. Press into greased bread pan and bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour. Halfway through, mix ¼ cup ketchup, sugar and mustard and pour over the top of the loaf. Continue cooking.
