Flatbread
Details
Yields: 8 flatbreads
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¾ cup water
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt until blended.
- Make a well in the middle of the flour mixture.
- Add oil and slowly incorporate the water.
- Once mixed, kneed the dough until smooth.
- Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Divide into 8.
- Roll each piece in flour and roll into a disc roughly ⅛ inch thick.
- Cook on a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat
